This page is the operator's pinboard. The big idea, the 30-day calendar, the cut-list, and the post-hackathon promise — all on one screen because that is all I, one person, can hold in my head at once. Multi-agent is here because the rules require it; the operator-cost stays low because the four agents share one Cloud Run service, one Cloud SQL instance, one alert channel, one human on call.
